Outreach

City Outreach

At the heart of the city, the City Temple is always seeking ways to reach Cardiff with the good news of the Gospel.

Street Evangelism

Teams from the City Temple are regularly found on the street of Cardiff communicating the Gospel in attractive and relevant ways.

City Centre Soup Run

Once a month a team from the church takes food, hot drinks and clothing onto the streets to distribute to the homeless and those in need. (Every night different churches from the area take turns to do the same so that this vital resource is available 365 days a year.)

Prison Ministry

Pastor Jay Fallon has developed links with several local prisons and we are seeking to build strategic teams that can take the Gospel to inmates.

“Way Out” – Ministry to Prostitutes

Still in its early days we are excited to be linking up with Hope House to minister to the prostitutes on the streets of Cardiff.

“Street Pastors”

New to Cardiff this autumn we will be supporting the introduction of “Street Pastors” and working with the Police, Local Authorities and churches to provide Christian care to those in the City Centre on a Friday and Saturday night.

Special Outreach Events

The City Temple hosts many evangelistic events throughout the year with the aim of communicating the Gospel to people in relevant and engaging ways. We also hold monthly Sunday evening Guest Services where people can hear real life stories and a clear presentation of the Christian message.
